About our Webshop
The products in this webshop are sold by Siemasu Coffee Company (VAT ID 3424468-7). We currently only offer products in Finland. All product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered from www.siemasu.coffee using the shopping basket functionality. Orders are confirmed via email, which includes the order number, total order price, shipping costs, and a summary of ordered products. A valid email address is required to receive the order confirmation. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these delivery terms. Registered users can view order details through their accounts.
Payment Methods
The products and shipping costs are paid at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include Finnish debit/credit cards, international credit cards and Apple Pay.
Payments are processed through Stripe.com All payments are directed to a secure, encrypted payment portal.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders made before Monday are usually shipped on Wednesdays—generally, orders made after Monday would be shipped the following week.
Delivery times vary based on our shipping provider Posti Oy.
We currently only ship within Finland. If shipping information for your address is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at hello@siemasu.coffee for assistance.
Delivery Method and Shipping Costs
Shipping costs cover both postage and packaging. Customers can review shipping costs upon selecting payment and delivery options. Orders are delivered as packages or letters, with tracking available for some methods.

Monthly Subscription Service

In the monthly subscription service (Siemasu Club), customers receive a coffee delivery once a month at the beginning of each month. Delivery details and pricing depend on the subscription selected, typically consisting of 2 to 4 bags of 250g of coffee (beans or ground). The first delivery arrives at the beginning of the following month after the initial order is placed, with subsequent deliveries continuing monthly. After the initial order and payment, the subscription amount is billed on the 1st of each month until the subscription is cancelled.
The subscription price includes shipping within Finland.
By ordering a subscription, the customer agrees to an ongoing contract until cancellation. The customer can cancel at any time via their account or by emailing hello@siemasu.coffee
Returns
Within Finland and the EU, customers have 14 days from receipt of the order to cancel and return items. Returned products must be unopened and unused. Opened coffee bags are not eligible for return. Returns from outside the EU are not accepted, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Before returning any items, please contact us at hello@siemasu.coffee

Returns are not accepted more than 14 days after delivery. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Orders Returned or Not Picked Up
Orders returned to us due to non-pickup are not considered returns. A valid return requires that we receive all relevant return information.
If an order is returned because it was not picked up, we may charge an additional €10.00 to re-ship it. We hold returned orders for 30 days. Customers must contact us within this period to arrange redelivery or a refund. For these cases, a €10.00 handling fee and applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order is damaged in transit or contains incorrect items, please notify us immediately at hello@siemasu.coffee or via mail:
